About IBQ Systems

IBQ Systems is an application service provider (ASP) focused on increasing productivity in the insurance industry via the internet. IBQ's products concentrate on the exchange of data between insurance companies and agents. By moving the industry away from paper based transactions, IBQ increases the efficiency of the insurance sales and maintenance process, while also reducing the cost per transaction.

IBQ is a privately held company established in 1998. The company's first generation products were targeted at the independent insurance agent and included an internet-based data collection engine, website design and web hosting. Our agent products continue to give independent agents an attractive online presence providing full functionality for web based customers.

IBQ has since developed a complete range of products for insurance companies all using the innovative IBQ client software and the internet for data transport. The company products include Q-Rater (a comparative rater with high precision accuracy due to our factor-based methodology), Q-App (an upload application using either the industry standard AL-3 format or the emerging XML standard customized to each company's underwriting edits and rules), Q-Admin (an administration product that enables companies to maintain and change rates in real-time online). IBQ also builds custom insurance rating applications to customer specifications.
